고양특례시가 2024년 경기도 토지정보 종합평가에서 ‘부동산 공정 분야’ 우수기관으로 선정되는 쾌거를 이룩했다.

시는 1기 신도시 선도지구에 대한 토지거래허가구역 지정과 관련 선제적인 조치로 부동산 시장의 투기 억제와 안정성 확보에서 높은 평가를 받아 우수기관으로 선정됐다.

그간 시는 1기 신도시 재정비 선도지구 토지거래허가구역 지정을 통해 지가 급등 및 투기적인 거래를 예방하고, 부동산 시장의 안정성을 높이기 위해 노력했다.
