한국 군대 없애라. 좀 솔직해지자. 북한군이 한국군 무서워서 못내려오냐. 어차피 미군이 지켜주는데 군대를 뭐 하러 보유하냐. 지금 한국에 군대가 있긴 하냐. 군대가 있어도 군율은 있냐. 물론 비상계엄은 조금 오버였다.
그건 그거고. 지금 한국 군대의 전투력은 얼만큼 되냐. 진짜 비상사태 전투가 벌어지면 대통령 명령에 따라 일사분란하게 반격할 수 있냐. 아니라고 본다. 예를 들어, 북한군이 한국군 진지를 침범하면 당연히 쏴야 하겠지만 지휘관이 북한군은 적이 아니라 우리 동포라고 생각했기에 쏠 수 없었다고 하면 어떻게 되냐.
그래서 '주적(主敵)' 개념이 중요한 거였구나. 문재인 때 삭제한 '주적' 개념도 그렇게 간단한 게 아니었군. 아니냐. 쏘라고 명령했는데 북한군이 '주적'이 아니고 한국의 헌법에 따라 북한도 우리의 영토이고 북한인은 우리 영토 안에 사는 우리 동포이고 북한군은 북한인 즉, 우리 동포여서 그들이 한국군 진지를 침범해도 쏠 수 없는 거였구나.
다 이유가 있었네. 대통령이 명령을 해도 사령관들이 따르지 않으면 그만인거네. 이것도 좀 이상하지 않냐. 그럼 대통령은 군 통수권자가 아닌 거냐. 한국처럼 주적 개념이 헷갈리는 나라에선 대통령 군 통수권자 해먹기도 참 더럽게 힘들겠다. ㅋㅋ.
생각해보니까. 대통령 명령이 안 통하는 군대는 뭔가 이상하지 않냐. 군대가 특수한 조직인 건 상명하복 지휘체계가 있다는 거 아닐까. 그런데 대통령이 명령을 했는데 사령관이 스스로 판단해서 그 명령을 따르지 않을 수 있냐. 정말 궁금해서 하는 소리다. 예를 들어, 외국과 전쟁을 할 때 발포 명령을 내리면 외국군과 민간인이 섞여 있어 민간인 희생이 날까봐 못쏘겠다고 하고. 국내에서 적군 조력자들이 국군을 향해 총을 쏘고 반항한다. 그래서 발포하라고 했는데 노약자가 섞여 있어 못 쏘겠다고 하면. 물론 그게 인도적이긴 하다.
그런 식이면. 다른 사람은 총으로 쏠 수 없는데 같은 군인은 총으로 쏴도 되냐. 군인은 사람 아니냐. 그럼 세상에 총으로 쏴도 되는 사람은 누구냐. 개념없는 국개(국회의원 비하 단어)들 빼고 정상이라면. 대통령이 명령하면 사령관은 그 명령에 따르고 그렇게 지휘 체계가 작동되어야 하는 거 아니냐. 나중에 그 명령에 문제가 있었으면 대통령이 책임지고 그 사령관은 면책되어야 하는 거 아니냐. 명령에 따른 것밖에 없으니까.
