국회는 7일 오후 본회의를 개의하고 '김건희 여사 특검법'을 표결에 부친 결과, 부결됐다.
국회는 이날 본회의에 상정된 김건희 특검법을 표결한 결과, 재적의원 300명 중 가결(찬성) 198표, 부결(반대) 102표로 부결됐다.
국민의힘 의원들은 '김건희 특검법' 표결 결과가 발표되자, 안철수 의원만 제외하고 모두 본회의장을 떠났다.
윤 대통령 탄핵안이 가결되려면 재적 의원 3분의 2 이상이 찬성해야 하지만 국민의힘 의원이 모두 떠나면서 부결이 사실상 확정됐다.
