브레이크뉴스 임국정 기자 = 윤석열 대통령이 7일 비상계엄 사태와 관련해 "매우 송구스럽게 생각하며 많이 놀라셨을 국민 여러분께 진심으로 사과드린다"라고 밝혔다.
윤 대통령은 이날 오전 용산 대통령실에서 대국민 담화를 통해 "이번 비상계엄 선포는 국정 최종 책임자인 대통령으로서의 절박함에서 비롯됐다. 하지만 그 과정에서 국민들께 불안과 불편을 끼쳐드렸다"라며 이같이 말했다.
그는 "저는 이번 계엄 선포와 관련해 법적, 정치적 책임 문제를 회피하지 않겠다"라며 "저의 임기를 포함해 앞으로의 정국 안정 방안은 우리 당에 일임하겠다. 향후 국정 운영은, 우리 당과 정부가 함께 책임지고 해 나가겠다"라고 덧붙였다.
