브레이크뉴스 임국정 기자 = 윤석열 대통령이 비상계엄을 선포하며 계엄사령관으로 임명된 박안수 육군참모총장이 5일 "(김용현 전 국방부 장관이) 모든 군사활동은 장관께서 책임진다고 말했고, 명령 불응 시에는 항명죄가 된다(고 했다)"라고 밝혔다. 김 전 장관은 윤 대통령에게 이번 계엄을 건의한 인물로 알려져 있다.
박 총장은 이날 국회 국방위원회 전체회의 긴급현안질의에서, 계엄 선포 당일인 지난 3일 저녁 10시 30분쯤 전군 지휘관을 대상으로 하는 화상회의를 통해 김 전 장관이 이같이 말했다고 전했다.
그는 해당 회의에서 김 전 장관이 지휘관들에게 계엄이 발령된 사실을 알렸고 "육군총장을 계엄사령관으로 임명한다, 합참차장(합동참모차장)을 계엄부사령관, 그리고 함참(합동참모본부) 계엄과를 좀 계엄사가 지원해라 그런 말씀"이 있었다고 설명했다.
'이번 계엄의 기획자를 누구라고 보냐? 충암고 출신인 여인형 방첩사령관, 김 전 장관, 윤 대통령이냐?'는 질문에는 "그건 제가 정확하게 모르겠다"라고 답했다.
