[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 진해 최초 초고층 매머드급 대단지 아파트가 들어서게 될 진해 대야구역의 조합원 분양계약이 시작됐다.
진해 대야구역 재개발조합은 지난달 30일 정기(임시)총회에서 총 조합원 452명 중 418명(서면참석자 포함)이 참석한 가운데 총회 의결수 중 85%로 관리처분 변경계획(안)이 가결됐다.
이에 따라 지난 4일부터 8일까지 조합원 분양계약 체결이 시작되면서 15년째 끌어오던 진해 대야지구 재개발사업의 첫 걸음이 시작됐다.
이번 관리처분 변경계획(안)에는 도급 공사비와 조합원 분양가가 일부 상향 조정됐지만 조합은 비례율을 80%이상까지 끌어올린다는 계획이다.
진해 대야구역 재개발사업은 창원시 진해구 여좌동 843-1번지 일대 16만㎡(4만8천평) 부지에 지하4층, 지상 37층의 총 17개동 2,638세대로 진해 최초 초고층 매머드급 대단지 아파트가 들어서게 된다.
GS건설과 금호건설 컨소시움에서 지난 2월 시공사 재선정 입찰공고를 통해 두산건설이 합류한 메가시티사업단(두산45%·GS40%·금호15%)은 실착공일로부터 43개월, 2028년 10월 입주예정으로 단지명을 창원메가시티자이&위브로 결정했다.
대야구역 재개발조합 윤천삼 조합장은 "우리 구역은 일반분양세대가 많아 미분양 리스크 때문에 사업추진에 어려움이 있었지만 건설 3개사 공동 시공방식으로 미분양에 대한 리스크를 줄이면서 사업이 활성화 됐다"며 "이제 멈춤없이 사업을 추진해 조합원들이 답답해 하고 안되는 것 아닌가 하는 불안감 해소를 위해 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.
