브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 대한의사협회 비상대책위원회(의협 비대위)가 지난 3일 윤석열 대통령의 비상계엄 선포 직후 발표된 포고령에 '복귀 명령 불응 의료인 처단'을 명시한 책임자 규명과 윤석열 대통령의 퇴진을 촉구했다.
박형욱 의협 비대위원장은 5일 서울 용산구 의협 회관 지하 1층에서 가진 브리핑에서 "전공의와 의료인을 향해 '처단한다'는 폭압적 문구를 넣은 당사자와 과정을 밝히고 책임을 물을 것을 촉구하고, 윤석열 대통령에게 물러날 것을 요구한다"고 밝혔다.
지난 3일 윤 대통령이 비상 계엄을 선포한 뒤 계엄사령부는 포고령 제1호를 발표했다. 포고령에는 '5. 전공의를 비롯하여 파업 중이거나 의료현장을 이탈한 모든 의료인은 48시간 내 본업에 복귀하여 충실히 근무하고 위반시는 계엄법에 의해 처단한다.'고 명시됐다.
이에 대해 박 비대위원장은 "윤 대통령은 난데없이 전공의와 의료인을 자유민주주의 체제를 부정하는, 체제전복세력과 동급으로 취급했다"면서 "이는 망상에 기초한 것"이라고 강하게 비판했다.
그는 "전공의들은 지난 2월 사직서를 제출했고, 전공의 수련은 의무가 아님에도 불구하고 정부는 놀랍게도 사직서 수리 금지명령을 내리고 다른 의료기관 취직도 봉쇄하는 엄청난 인권침해를 했다"면서 "결국 정부는 6월4일 사직서 수리 금지명령을 철회하고 병원은 사직서를 수리했다"고 말했다.
이어 "정부의 불법적 법 집행에 따르더라도 이미 5개월 전 사직이 완료됐고, 사직 전공의들은 다른 의료기관에 취직하거나 다른 일을 하면서 열심히 살고 있다"면서 "도대체 누가 파업을 하고 있고, 의료현장을 이탈했느냐, '처단한다'는 말은 국민을 향해 쓸 수 있는 말이냐"고 반문했다.
박 비대위원장은 또한 "계엄 농단과 의료 농단을 비교해 보면 너무 비슷하다"면서 "윤 대통령은 우리나라 상황이 전시·사변 또는 이에 준하는 국가비상사태라고 강변했고, 주당 최대 88시간 중노동을 하는 전공의들을 '반개혁 카르텔'로 몰았다"고 했다.
