[노병한의 운세코칭] 윤석열 대통령의 탄핵소추안이 6개의 야당(野黨)에 의해 2024년 12월 5일 목요일 0시 48분에 국회 본회의에 보고되었다. 탄핵 사유로 12월 3일 선포한 비상계엄이 국민주권주의와 권력분립의 원칙 등 헌법과 법률을 위반했다고 적시했다.
윤석열 대통령의 탄핵소추안은 본회의에 보고된 뒤 24시간 이후 72시간 이내에 표결이 이뤄져야 한다. 따라서 윤석열 대통령의 탄핵소추안은 12월 6일 0시 49분부터 표결이 가능한 셈이다.
과연 윤석열 대통령의 탄핵소추안이 국회의원 200표 이상의 찬성표를 얻어 국회 본회의에서 가결될 수 있을지 초미의 관심이다. 한편 국민의힘 소속 국회의원 중에서 8명의 이탈표가 있어야 탄핵소추안의 가결이 가능하다. 그러나 국민의힘은 12월 4일 의원총회에서 ′윤석열 대통령의 탄핵 반대′를 당론으로 추인했기에 이탈표는 최소 1~2명 정도에 불과할 것으로 보인다.
윤석열 대통령이 처한 탄핵 절차상 운세의 흐름을 단순하고 단편적인 역학(易學)적인 측면에서 관측하고 분석해 추측해보려고 한다.
윤석열 대통령은 경진(庚辰)일생이기에 2024년 갑진(甲辰)년에 진진자형살(辰辰自刑殺)이 작동하는 한해다. 특히 진진자형살(辰辰自刑殺)은 수왕(水旺)절기인 해자축(亥子丑)월에 해당하는 음력 10월~12월의 동절기(冬節期)에 가장 극심한 흉해(凶害)함을 드러낸다.
