대통령실이 4일 윤석열 대통령 비상계엄 선포·해제 관련해 주요 외신에 "헌법적 틀 안에서 정당하게 이뤄졌다"고 밝혔다.
로이터통신은 이날 보도한 서울발 기사에서 "대통령실은 계엄령이 국회의원이 국회로 접근하는 것을 방해했다는 것을 부인했다"며 이같은 대통령실 입장을 전했다.
그러면서 "비상계엄령 발동이 너무 무리한 일이고 절차를 따르지 않았다는 지적도 있으나 엄밀하게 합헌적 틀 안에서 이뤄졌다"고 했다.
