한국공인탐정협회, 법무법인 용산과 업무 협약 체결

한국공인탐정협회 하금석 회장과 법무법인 용산 박용석 대표 변호사가 3일 용산구 사무동 법무법인 용산 회의실에서 만나 탐정 법무 분야의 발전을 위한 업무제휴 협약을 체결하였다.

두 단체는 머지않아 법제화가 되리라 예상되는 탐정 조사업무에 관한 전문적이고 발전적인 도약을 위하여 법률 자문 및 각종 소송 증거자료 수집, 사실조사 업무 협약을 체결하였으며, 이 자리에는 하금석 한국공인탐정협회 회장, 박용석 법무법인 용산 수석 변호사, 박상필 법무법인 용산 총괄사무국장 등이 참석하여 두 단체의 협약을 축하하였다.

이번 협약을 통해 한국공인탐정협회와 법무법인 용산은 21C 새로운 유망직업으로 주목받고 있는 탐정 법무 분야를 학문적, 실무적으로 더욱 단단하게 발전시키는데 노력을 함께 하여 PIA탐정사 특수분야 발전에 기여할 계획이다.

또한 한국공인탐정협회와 법무법인 용산은 법무 및 탐정 분야 우수인력 개발, 프로그램 개발 및 지원, 사실조사를 기반으로 하는 탐정 산업에 대한 전반적인 연구, 공인탐정 법제화 추진, 기타 상호 협의에 의한 공동 연구를 통해 체계화되고 신뢰할 수 있는 탐정분야의 기반을 다질 예정이다.

이미 국내 30여곳의 법무법인과 탐정업무 제휴를 맺은 바 있는 한국공인탐정협회의 하금석 회장은 "이번 협약이 법조계 및 탐정업의 저변 확대와 학문적 발전에 큰 도움이 될 것' 이라며 기대감을 나타냈다.

한국공인탐정협회/한국특수교육재단은 우리나라 탐정 분야에서 가장 오랜 전통과 역사를 가지고 있으며 국내외 관련기관 단체와 협력체계를 구축하여 한국의 탐정 제도 및 학술연구 개발은 물론 전문교육 등 한국탐정제도 도입을 위해 25년 가까이 법제화 추진에 노력하고 있고, 자격기본법에 의거 경찰청 및 한국직업능력연구원에 등록(제2009-1호)된 PIA탐정사 자격취득 과정을 대학교 대학원 최고경영자과정, 일반 공개시험과정을 통하여 현재까지 약 1만명의 탐정 전문 인력을 양성해오고 있으며, 내년초 동국대학교 PIA탐정사 제81기 최고경영자과정 개강 예정이다.
