우미건설이 리뉴얼된 브랜드 ‘린’을 앞세워 상봉역4구역 가로주택정비사업을 성공적으로 수주했다.
사업시행자인 ‘상봉역4구역 가로주택정비사업조합’은 11월 30일에 열린 토지등소유자 전체회의에서 투표를 통해 우미건설을 시공자로 선정했다고 밝혔다.
상봉역4구역은 상봉1동 304-4번지 일원에 위치하며, 향후 인근 구역으로의 확장을 통해 17,943.2㎡ 규모의 모아타운으로 개발될 예정이다. 이 과정에서 용도지역 상향과 정비기반 시설 개선이 이루어져, 노후 저층주거지가 대단위 아파트 단지로 탈바꿈할 계획이다.
우미건설이 제안한 ‘Lynn. 에디션514’는 8,552.0㎡의 면적에 지하 2층에서 지상 15층까지의 5개 동 규모로, 총 225가구를 포함하고 있다. 향후 모아주택으로 확장될 경우, 지하 3층에서 지상 29층까지의 514가구로 늘어날 예정이다. 이번 수주금액은 약 759억 원이며, 모아주택으로 확장될 경우 총 1,581억 원으로 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 착공은 2028년 하반기로 예정되어 있다.
리뉴얼된 ‘린’ 브랜드는 주거의 본질적인 기능에 충실하고 간결한 디자인을 추구하며, ▲퓨어 라이프(Pure Life, 공간에 대한 기준 제시) ▲퓨어 엑설런스(Pure Excellence, 전문성에 기반한 고품질) ▲퓨어 하트(Pure Heart, 고객을 대하는 진솔한 자세)를 핵심가치로 삼고 있다.
우미건설은 ‘Lynn. 에디션514’를 통해 서울에 처음 선보이는 ‘린’ 브랜드에 맞춰 특화된 설계를 제안했다. 측벽 및 옥탑에 특화 디자인을 적용하고, 내부에는 고급 마감재와 우미린 홈 네트워크 시스템을 설치할 계획이다.
해당 사업지는 상봉역에서 200m 이내에 위치한 초역세권으로, 상봉역은 7호선, 경의중앙선, 경춘선, KTX가 운행되는 서울 북부의 교통 요충지이다. 향후 GTX-B노선 환승복합역사가 건립되면 수도권 주요 지역으로의 이동이 더욱 빨라질 전망이다. 또한, 인근에는 초중고교와 코스트코, 홈플러스 등 대형 마트와 같은 생활 인프라가 밀집해 있다.
우미건설 관계자는 “무엇보다도 우미건설을 믿고 선정해주신 토지등 소유자 여러분께 감사드린다”며, “상봉역 일대 모아타운의 첫 시작인 만큼 향후 구역 확대와 인근 지역 개발에도 힘을 보태겠다”고 전했다.
Umi E&C wins contract for Sangbong Station Area 4 street housing project
Under the renewed brand 'Lean', 514 units with 3 basement levels and 29 floors will be built in the Moa Town development site
Umi E&C has successfully won the Sangbong Station Area 4 street housing maintenance project with the renewed brand 'RIN'. The project developer, 'Sangbong Station Area 4 Street Housing Maintenance Project Association', announced that it selected UMI E&C as the contractor through a vote at the general meeting of land owners held on November 30th.
Sangbong Station Area 4 is located at 304-4 Sangbong 1-dong, and will be developed into a 17,943.2㎡ Moa Town by expanding to neighboring areas in the future. In the process, the zoning district will be upgraded and infrastructure will be improved, transforming the old low-rise residential area into a large-scale apartment complex.
Umi E&C's proposed 'Lynn. Edition 514' has an area of 8,552.0㎡ and five buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 15 floors above ground, with a total of 225 units. If it is expanded into a moa house in the future, it will increase to 514 units ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 floors above ground. The order is valued at approximately KRW 75.9 billion, which is expected to increase to a total of KRW 158.1 billion when expanded to Moa Housing. Construction is scheduled for the second half of 2028.
The renewed 'Lynn' brand pursues a concise design that is faithful to the essential functions of residences, and has as its core values ▲ Pure Life (setting standards for space), ▲ Pure Excellence (high quality based on expertise), and ▲ Pure Heart (sincere attitude toward customers).
Umi E&C will be exhibiting at 'Lynn. Edition 514,” the company has proposed a specialized design in line with the ‘Lynn’ brand, which will be introduced to Seoul for the first time. Specialized designs will be applied to the side walls and rooftop, and high-end finishes and the UmiLynn home network system will be installed inside.
The project site is located within 200 meters of Sangbong Station, which is a transportation hub in northern Seoul served by Line 7, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, Gyeongchun Line, and KTX. In the future, the GTX-B line interchange station is expected to be built, which will further speed up transportation to major areas of the metropolitan area. In addition, the neighborhood is densely populated with living infrastructure such as elementary, middle, and high schools and large supermarkets such as Costco and Homeplus.
“First and foremost, we are grateful to the landowners for trusting and selecting us,” said a representative of Umi-E&C. ”As this is the beginning of Moa Town in the Sangbong Station area, we will help expand the area and develop the surrounding area in the future.”
