브레이크뉴스 임국정 기자 = 국민의힘 대표를 지낸 이준석 개혁신당 의원이 4일 윤석열 대통령이 촉발한 이번 계엄 사태와 관련해 "국민의힘에서 윤석열 탈당과 내각 총사퇴 등을 언급한다는데, 국민의힘은 오늘 사태를 엄중히 여긴다면 '내란 수괴' 윤석열의 탈당을 종용할 것이 아니라 즉각 제명 조치 하시라"라고 밝혔다.
이 의원은 이날 오전 자신의 페이스북을 통해 "국민의힘의 윤리강령 제4조 2를 보면 저 사람은 즉시 제명 대상"이라며 이같이 주장했다.
국민의힘 윤리강령 제4조 2는 '품위 유지'와 관련해 "당원은 폭력을 행사하거나 고성방가 등 기초질서를 어지럽히는 언행을 하지 아니한다"라고 규정하고 있다.
이 의원은 "저 사람(윤 대통령)의 전횡을 막아세우는 걸 '내부 총질'로 규정하고, 윤리위까지 열어 사람 쳐내던 당이 진짜 쿠데타 시도 앞에서는 태평하다"라며 "한통속이 아니라면 즉각 오전 중에 윤리위 소집해서 제명하시라"라고 촉구했다.
