12월3일, 윤석열 대통령의 헌법수호 비상계엄과 국회의 해제 요구에 따른 계엄의 즉각 해제는 이 땅의 주인이 국민=헌법(= 국가조직법 = 사회계약서)임을 현직 대통령이 몸소 보여줌으로써 위대한 대한국민의 숙명적 대업을 마무리하였다는 점에서 어쩜 윤석열은 역대 가장 위대한 업적을 남긴 대통령일 수 있다는 것이다.
다만, 비상계엄 하에서도 계엄의 유일한 통제권자인 국회의 권한을 정지시킬 수 없음에도 포고령 1호는 국회를 잠정 해산하고 있는데 .. 이는 헌법에 대한 정면 도전으로 군사반란 역모죄로 능지처참에 처하여도 그 죄가 남는다고 하겠다. 그점 우리 위대한 대한민국이 지난 100년 대업을 오사마리함(마무리라는 뜻의 일본말)에 있어 절대 빼놓을 수 없는 마지막 숙제로 남는다.
