브레이크뉴스 임국정 기자 = 한동훈 국민의힘 대표가 4일 윤석열 대통령이 비상계엄 선포 후 6시간여 만에 해제를 선언한 일과 관련해 "이번 계엄을 건의한 국방부장관을 즉각 해임하는 등 책임 있는 모든 관계자들에게 엄중한 책임을 물어야 한다"라고 주장했다.
한 대표는 이날 새벽 국회에서 열린 긴급 기자회견을 통해 "오늘의 참담한 상황에 대해서 집권 여당으로서 국민들께 송구스럽게 생각한다. 대통령이 이 참담한 상황에 대해서 직접 소상히 설명해야 한다"라며 이같이 밝혔다.
그는 "경제적, 외교적 피해를 최소화하기 위해서 집권 여당으로서 할 일을 하겠다"라며 "보다 자세한 사항은 즉각 최고위(최고위원회의)와 의총(의원총회)을 소집해 논의하도록 하겠다"라고 말했다.
그러면서 "이러한 상황이 벌어진 전말에 대해 상세히 파악해 필요한 조치를 취할 것"이라고 덧붙였다.
