브레이크뉴스 임국정 기자 = 윤석열 대통령이 4일 비상계엄 해제를 선언했다. 전날 10시 23분쯤 대국민 담화에서 비상계엄을 선포한 지 6시간여 만에 계엄을 해제한 것이다.
윤 대통령은 이날 긴급 대국민 담화를 통해 "조금 전 국회의 계엄 해제 요구가 있어 계엄 사무에 투입된 군을 철수시켰다"라며 "바로 국무회의를 통해 국회의 요구를 수용해 계엄을 해제할 것"이라고 밝혔다.
그는 다만 "즉시 국무회의를 소집했지만, 새벽인 관계로 아직 의결 정족수가 충족되지 못해 오는 대로 바로 계엄을 해제하겠다"라고 전했다.
윤 대통령은 계엄 해제를 선언하면서도 계엄 선언의 배경이 됐던 주장들을 다시 되풀이 하기도 했다.
