브레이크뉴스 임국정 기자 = 이준석 개혁신당 의원이 3일 윤석열 대통령의 비상계엄 선포와 관련해 "국회의원이 국회의사당에 진입하는 것을 막거나 계엄 해제 표결하는 것을 방해하면 그 자체로 헌법 위반"이라고 밝혔다.
그는 이날 자신의 페이스북을 통해 "헌법 77조 3항은 정부나 법원의 권한에 대한 조치만 명시하고 있지, 입법부인 국회의 권한에 대한 제약을 할 수 없도록 돼 있다"라며 이같이 전했다.
그는 "이런 반헌법적 행위는 탄핵 사유가 된다"라며 "그에 부역하는 사람들은 내란죄에 해당한다"라고 경고했다.
