브레이크뉴스 임국정 기자 = 더불어민주당이 3일 "KBS가 박민 사장의 퇴임 전, 순은 180돈이 들어간 공로패 제작을 의뢰한 것으로 알려졌다"라며 "박 사장은 도대체 무슨 자격으로 공로패를 셀프로 받으려고 하나?"라고 비판했다.
안귀령 민주당 대변인은 이날 서면 브리핑을 통해 "박 사장 체제 1년 동안 KBS에서 벌어진 논란과 잡음이 이루 셀 수 없을 지경"이라며 이같이 밝혔다.
그는 "수신료 수입 감소, 세월호 참사 10주기 다큐멘터리 불방, 광복절 기미가요 방영 등 박 사장 취임 이후 무너진 KBS의 모습에 국민은 고개를 돌렸다"라며 "박 사장은 직원들의 불신임률 98%를 기록하며 연임에 실패했다"라고 지적했다.
그러면서 "KBS를 망쳐놓고 정작 본인은 공로패를 받아 나가겠다니 박 사장의 뻔뻔함이 놀랍다"라고 덧붙였다.
안 대변인은 "박 사장은 오직 윤석열 정권의 입맛에 맞추는 방송 만들기에 전념한 것 말고는 한 일이 없다"라며 "박 사장이 KBS에 끼친 해악을 생각하면 그동안 받은 월급을 모두 토해내도 모자란다"라고 주장했다.
이어 "박 사장은 지난 1년 동안 KBS에서 벌어진 논란과 잡음에 대해 사과하고 공로패를 반납하시라"라고 촉구했다.
