브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 네오플은 오는 15일까지 채용 연계형 교육 프로그램 ‘네오플 도트 스튜디오(Neople Dot Studio, 이하 NDS)’의 교육생을 모집한다고 3일 밝혔다.
NDS는 네오플의 대표 IP ‘던전앤파이터’의 확장에 함께할 우수 인재 확보 및 양성을 위해 새롭게 도입된 교육 프로그램이다. 네오플은 잠재력을 갖춘 양질의 인력을 선발하여 ‘퍼스트 버서커: 카잔’, ‘프로젝트 오버킬’ 등 IP 확장 전략에 집중할 예정이다.
NDS 프로그램은 2D 그래픽 아티스트를 꿈꾸는 구직자를 대상으로 하며, 교육생 모집 규모는 두 자릿수다. ‘던전앤파이터’ IP와 도트 그래픽 아트에 관심 있는 기졸업자 및 2025년 2월 졸업 예정자라면 누구나 지원 가능하다.
네오플은 지원자 편의성을 높이기 위해 자기소개서를 간소화하고 교육 과정에 대한 이해도를 높일 수 있는 상세한 교육 커리큘럼을 제공한다. 서류 합격 후 화상 면접을 통해 선발된 교육생은 내년 1월 중 교육 과정에 참여한다.
최종 선발된 교육생들은 3개월간 네오플 서울지사 사옥에서 실무진 교육 중심의 교육 프로그램을 무료로 제공받는다. 체계화된 교육을 통해 게임 캐릭터와 배경, 캐릭터 애니메이션 제작 과정을 직접 체험하며 실무 경험을 쌓을 수 있다. 우수 수료자를 대상으로 3개월간 인턴십 근무 기회를 제공할 예정이다.
