이번 소방활동유공 표창은 화재 현장에서 인명대피를 유도하고, 도착한 소방대원에게 초기상황을 전파하여 소방대원의 초기진화를 도와 시민의 생명.재산 보호에 대한 공적을 격려하고자 마련했다.
시민 유경훈(남,48세)씨는 화재발생 건물 인근 카페 오띠모 대표로 지난 11. 03.(일) 마두동 소재 다가구 주택 3층에서 발생한 화재를 목격하고, 주택 내부로 진입하여 2·3층 거주자들에게 화재발생 사실을 알려 3명을 유도대피 시켰고, 도착한 소방대원에게 인명대피 사실을 알리고 화재 초기상황을 전파하여 소방대원이 초기 화재진압을 실시하는데 있어 그 공을 인정받았다.
