【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=DGB금융그룹(회장 황병우)은 지난 2일 대구 국채보상운동기념공원과 경북도청에서 열린 ‘희망 2025 나눔캠페인’ 출범식에 참석해 연말·연시 이웃사랑 가치 실천을 위한 기부금 총 7억5천만원을 전달했다고 3일 밝혔다.

DGB금융그룹에 따르면 이날 국채보상운동기념공원에는 황병우 회장과 관계자가, 경북도청에는 김기만 iM뱅크(아이엠뱅크) 부행장과 관계자가 참석해 이웃사랑에 대한 임직원들의 따뜻한 마음을 전달했다.
기부금은 대구사회복지공동모금회에 4억5천만원, 경북사회복지공동모금회에 3억원 등 총 7억5천만원을 전달했으며, 특히 기부 재원은 그룹 전 계열사 임직원이 매달 참여하는 ‘급여1%사랑나눔’ 등으로 조성돼 참여형 사회공헌사업 강화 의지를 보였다.
이날 대구와 경북에서 동시 개최된 출범식에는 홍준표 대구시장, 이철우 경북도지사를 비롯해 주요 내빈이 참석했으며, 캠페인 출범 선포 및 희망 메시지 전달, 사랑의 온도탑 제막 및 기부금 전달 등을 진행했다. 또한 취약계층 겨울나기를 위한 지원물품을 포장해 전달하는 시간도 가졌다.
DGB금융그룹은 매년 캠페인에 참여해 적극적인 지역사회공헌 활동을 진행하고 있으며, 단순 기부를 넘어 연중 임직원과 대학생봉사단 활동을 통해 김장행사 지원, 동절기 에너지 취약계층을 위한 생필품 포장, 크리스마스 선물 전달 등 다양한 사회공헌활동 기획으로 진정성을 더하고 있다.

한편, ‘희망 2025 나눔캠페인’은 전국 17개 시·도 사회복지공동모금회에서 진행하는 범국민 나눔 캠페인으로, 올해 12월 1일부터 내년 1월 31일까지 ‘나눔목표액 1%’가 ‘사랑의 온도 1도’로 표시돼 ‘100도’를 목표로 진행된다.
