브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 민희진 어도어 전 대표가 하이브 박지원 전 대표·박태희 CCO·기자 등을 고소했다.
민희진 측은 2일 “하이브 전 대표이사 박지원, 하이브 최고홍보책임자(CCO) 박태희를 정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률위반(정보통신망침해 등) 혐의로 용산경찰서에 고소했다”고 밝혔다.
이와 함께 모 매체 기자 2명을 정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률위반(명예훼손) 혐의로 고소한 사실을 전했다.
민희진 측은 “지난 4월 이래 피고소인 박지원, 박태희는 불법 취득한 사적 대화에 허위사실을 더해 민 전 대표에 대한 부정적인 여론을 형성하기 위해 적극 활용했다”며 고소한 모 매체 기자에 대해서는 “기자로서 위와 같은 의도를 충분히 인지했으면서도 민희진 전 대표를 비방할 목적으로 지속적으로 거짓의 사실을 기사화해 명예를 훼손했다. 오늘도 진실과는 전혀 다른 기사를 작성했고, 아무런 사실 확인도 하지 않은 채 한 쪽의 일방적인 주장에 본인들의 추측을 더해 허위 내용으로 기사를 작성했다”고 주장했다.
그러면서 “이번 고소를 계기로 철저한 조사를 통해 피고소인들의 심각한 거짓과 기망이 밝혀지고, 이에 상응하는 법적 책임을 지기를 바란다”고 덧붙였다.
한편, 민희진 전 대표는 지난달 20일 그룹 뉴진스의 소속사 어도어 사내이사직에서 사임했다.
