【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=옥천군의 사회적기업인 주식회사 고래실의 이범석 대표가 고용노동부가 주최하고 사회적기업진흥원이 주관하는 ‘2024 사회적기업의 날 기념식’에서 사회적기업가 부문 고용노동부장관 표창을 수상했다.
표창장은 2일 황규철 옥천군수가 직접 전수했다.

이범석 대표는 옥천사회적경제네트워크 대표로도 활동하며, 지역 사회적경제조직 간 협력을 강화하고 있다. 이를 통해 지역 청년들에게 일자리를 제공하고 그들이 지역에 정착할 수 있도록 적극 지원함으로써 지역 소멸 위기 극복에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 고래실 임직원 대다수가 청년층으로 구성돼 있으며, 여성 청년의 고용에도 중점을 두고 있다.
