브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 하이브 산하 레이블 어도어가 소속 그룹 뉴진스가 발송한 내용증명에 대한 답변 기한을 하루 앞두고 한지붕 식구인 빌리프랩에 공식 항의했다.
어도어는 27일 공식 계정을 통해 “이 입장문은 아티스트의 내용증명에 따른 조치사항의 이행”이라며 입장문을 게재했다.
어도어는 “2024년 10월 7일 빌리프랩은 빌리프랩 X(구 트위터) 계정과 ‘알려드립니다’를 통해 ‘매니저 무시 발언’과 관련된 입장문을 발표한 바 있다”며 “어도어는 자칫 사실관계의 공방이 어도어 소속 아티스트에 대한 불필요한 논란을 불러일으킬 것을 우려해 지금까지 신중한 태도를 견지해 왔다. 그러나 이러한 어도어의 노력에도 불구하고 여전히 관련 논란이 불식되지 않고 있어, 어도어의 입장을 밝힌다”고 전했다.

한편, 뉴진스는 어도어에 “시정 요구를 받아들이지 않는다면 전속계약을 해지하겠다”는 내용증명을 보냈다.
가요계에 따르면, 지난 13일 뉴진스는 김민지, 하니 팜, 마쉬 다니엘, 강해린, 이혜인 등 멤버 다섯 명의 본명으로 어도어에 이같은 내용증명을 보냈다.
뉴진스는 내용증명에서 “이 서신을 수신한 날로부터 14일 이내에 전속계약 위반 사항을 모두 시정해줄 것을 요구한다”고 밝혔다. 해당 내용증명에는 하이브 레이블 소속 매니저가 뉴진스 멤버 하니를 상대로 ‘무시해’라고 발언한 것에 대한 사과와 민희진 전 어도어 대표의 복귀 등이 담긴 것으로 알려졌다.
이어 “최근 국정감사에서 확인된 하이브의 음악산업리포트(내부 모니터링 문건) 중에는 ‘뉴아르’(뉴진스·아일릿·르세라핌) 워딩으로 며칠을 시달렸는데, ‘뉴’ 버리고 새로 판 짜면 될 일’이라는 문구가 있었다”고 지적했다.
특히 뉴진스는 내용증명에 직접 서명했으며, “어도어가 시정요구를 받아들이지 않는다면 전속계약을 해지할 예정임을 알린다”고 덧붙였다.
