브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 지난 25일 베트남 수도 하노이 스타레이크 신도시 개발사업 2단계 부지내 주거복합 사업인 K8HH1의 착공식을 개최했다고 27일 밝혔다.
K8HH1 프로젝트는 연면적 11만3302㎡ (약 3만4200평) 규모의 지하 2층~지상 26층 아파트 2동과 지하 2층~지상 20층 오피스 1동을 신축하는 사업으로, 공사기간은 착공 후 32개월이다.
이번 사업의 시행은 대우건설의 100% 자회사인 THT Development가 담당하고, 시공은 현지 건설업 면허를 갖고 있는 DECV(대우건설 베트남법인)이 수행하는 자체사업이다. K8HH1 프로젝트는 K-신도시 수출신화의 상징인 하노이 스타레이크 신도시 2단계 부지에 조성되며, 스타레이크 2단계 사업으로 보면 첫 번째 고층 주거복합 프로젝트에 해당한다.
이날 착공식에는 베트남 기획투자부(MPI) 산하 외국인투자청 도 녓 황(Do Nhat Hoang) 청장, 대우건설 해외사업단장 한승 전무, 주베트남 한국상공인연합회(코참) 홍선 회장, 박항서 전 베트남축구대표팀 감독 등 100여명의 인사가 참석했다.

한편, 베트남 하노이 스타레이크는 대우건설이 여의도 면적의 3분의 2크기인 186만3000m² 부지에 ‘하노이의 강남’을 건설하겠다는 포부로 추진하고 있는 초대형 도시개발 프로젝트다.
대우건설이 독자적으로 기획, 토지보상, 인허가, 자금조달, 시공, 분양, 도시 관리 운영까지 주도하고 있다. 스타레이크는 상업 및 업무시설과 정부기관, 주거시설을 조성하는 대규모 프로젝트로, 빌라 및 아파트 합쳐 주거 약 29.5ha에 약 3000세대, 행정관청 38.9ha, 상업 27.5ha, 복합 11.1ha, 학교 8.1ha 등으로 구성됐으며, 도시기반시설이 전체 사업면적의 약 60%를 차지해 친환경적이고 쾌적한 신도시를 지향한다.
