브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 2025년 인력 채용을 가장 활발하게 할 산업 분야는 ‘IT/정보통신’과 반도체·2차전지 등을 다루는 ‘하이테크’가 될 것이라는 조사 결과가 나왔다.
22일 잡코리아에 따르면 최근 남녀 직장인 641명을 대상으로 내년도 채용을 가장 활발하게 할 것이라 기대하는 산업군이 어디인지 꼽아보게 한 결과, △IT/정보통신 △반도체, 2차전지, 디스플레이 등 하이테크 분야를 각 48.0%와 46.2%로 가장 높게 선택했다.
이어 바이오/제약/의료(24.5%)분야에서 인력 채용이 활발할 것이라고 답했다.
직장인들이 전망하는 유망 인력 채용 분야 4위부터는 연령에 따라 결과가 달랐다. 20대 직장인들은 ‘게임/웹툰(7.7%)’ 분야를 꼽았다. 30대~40대이상 직장인들은 ‘물류/운송/배송 산업(30대 10.8%, 40대 이상 9.6%)’에서 인력을 활발히 채용할 것이라고 전망했다.
또한, 30대 직장인들 중에는 ‘방송/엔터테인먼트(8.5%)’를 선택한 이들이 상대적으로 많았고, 40대 이상에서는 ‘자동차/모빌리티(8.6%)’와 ‘여가/레저/관광(8.6%)’을 선택한 이들이 상대적으로 많았다.
반면, △패션/화장품(2.2%) △석유/가스/화학(2.0%) △농수산(1.7%) 분야에서 인력 채용이 활발할 것이라고 전망하는 이들은 많지 않았다.

이어 △그 분야에 창업 및 스타트업 등이 활발히 생겨나고 있어서(33.1%) △정부에서 해당 분야에 지원과 투자를 하고 있어서(27.3%) △해당 분야로 인재들이 많이 몰리고 있어서(21.4%) 등이었다.
한편, 직장인 10명 중 6명은 채용이 활발할 것 같은 분야로 이직을 희망하고 있었다. 실제, 16.7%의 직장인들이 ‘내년 채용이 활발할 것 같은 분야로의 이직을 위해 현재 준비중’이라고 답했고, 42.1%는 ‘채용이 활발할 것 같은 분야로 이직을 희망하고는 있으나 아직 체계적으로 준비를 하고 있지는 않다’고 답했다. 또한, 10.3%는 ‘이미 해당 산업군에 재직하고 있다’고 답했다.
