브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회는 지난 17일 ‘제2차 노사공동 일가정양립위원회’를 개최하고, 저출산 극복 및 일·가정 양립을 위한 개선과제를 담은 ‘자란다 프로젝트’를 시행한다고 22일 밝혔다.
한국마사회장과 한국마사회 노동조합 위원장이 공동 위원장으로 구성된 일가정양립위원회는 공기업으로서 정부의 저출산 극복 기조에 동참하고, 조직 내 일·가정 양립 문화 및 제도를 조성을 위한 노사공동기구다.
일가정양립위원회에서는 출산장려 및 일가정 양립을 위한 총 4개 분야 16개 추진과제로 구성된 ‘자란다 프로젝트’를 발표했다.
먼저, ‘아이가 자란다’ 분야는 임신·출산 지원방안을 담고 있다. 구체적으로는 △출산 축하금 확대 △임신 중 6·4·1 근무제도 시행 △임신·출산 관련 휴가제도 개선으로 구성됐다.
‘부모가 자란다’ 분야는 육아·돌봄 지원방안을 담고 있다. △육아시간 제도 시행 △육아휴직자 불이익 개선 △초등학교 1·2학년 부모 자녀 돌봄 지원 △육아·돌봄 휴가제도 개선 △육아·돌봄 위한 복지인프라 개선으로 구성됐다.
일·가정양립 지원방안을 담고 있는 ‘조직이 자란다’ 분야에서는 △교육·홍보를 통한 가족 친화적 문화조성 △독신·무자녀 가구 지원방안 마련 △가족과 함께하는 프로그램 강화 △업무연속성 확보를 통한 수용도 제고로 구성됐다.
‘국민행복이 자란다’ 분야에서는 업과 연계한 사회공헌 방안을 담고 있다. △다자녀부모·경단녀 채용 서류가점 부여 △문화센터의 경력·돌봄지원 기능 강화 △말과 승마를 활용한 가족친화적 공원 조성 △지역사회 나눔을 통한 돌봄·육아지원으로 구성됐다.
향후, 한국마사회는 규정개정 및 세부 이행방안 추진 등 관련 후속조치를 진행 할 계획이며, 2025년에도 노사공동 일가정양립위원회 운영을 지속함으로써 추진실적 점검 및 추가 개선과제를 발굴할 예정이다.
한국마사회 정기환 회장은 “자란다 프로젝트를 통해 아이와 부모 모두가 행복한 일터를 조성하고, 나아가 업과 연계한 사회공헌을 추진함으로써 국가 저출생 극복 기조에 적극 부응할 수 있도록 노력해 달라”며 “자란다 프로젝트라는 이름처럼 아이와 부모가 자라고, 동시에 조직과 국민행복이 함께 자라기를 진심으로 기원한다”고 말했다.
