[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기주택도시공사는 ‘2024년 경기 가족친화 일하기 좋은 기업(GGWP)인증’을 획득했다.
경기도와 경기도경제과학진흥원이 주관하는 경기 가족친화 일하기 좋은 기업 인증 제도는 도내 가족친화적 직장 문화를 확산하기 위해 가족 친화경영을 모범적으로운영하고 있는 기업을 발굴하는 사업이다.
GH는 저출생 위기를 극복하고 가족친화적 직장문화를 조성하기 위해 결혼 적령기 직원 대상 결혼 생활 코칭, 임신기 직원들의 건강 보호를 위한 각종 휴가및 유연근무 확대, 내·외부 전문가를 통한 육아 멘토링 등 ‘GH 생애주기별 맞춤형 제도’를 시행하고 있다.
GH 연간 출생아 수는 23명(2024년 10월 기준)으로 2022년 15명에 비해 35% 증가하는 등 눈에 띄는 성과를 이뤘다. 또 올해 육아휴직 사용률은 약 36%로 역대 가장 높았으며 최초로 육아휴직 기간 중 승진자를 배출하기도 했다.
