[브레이크뉴스경기남부=여주 오경희기자] 여주시 다함께 돌봄센터가 '제4회 다돌 작은 전시회'를 성황리에 개최했다.
2024년 11월 15일부터 16일까지 이틀간, 여주시 육아종합센터에서 열린 이번 전시회는 여주시 다함께돌봄센터 1호점, 2호점, 오학점, LH점, 교동점 등 5개소가 참여한 가운데, 아동들의 창의력과 상상력을 넓히고 지역사회와의 소통을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
전시회에서는 다함께돌봄센터를 이용하는 아동들이 1년 동안 센터 내 프로그램을 통해 정성껏 제작한 다돌 그림책과 공예 작품 등이 전시되었다. 또한, 작품 제작 과정과 센터 활동 모습을 담은 동영상과 활동사진을 상영하여 학부모, 이용 아동, 아동돌봄 서비스 관계자 등 다양한 방문객들에게 큰 호응을 얻었다.
센터 이용 아동의 한 어머니는 “맞벌이 가정으로 초등학교 1학년 자녀를 방과 후 맡길 곳이 없어 걱정했는데, 돌봄센터에 잘 적응해준 아이와 세심하게 돌보아준 다함께돌봄센터 선생님들께 감사드린다”라고 소감을 전했다.
여주시 다함께돌봄센터는 방과 후 돌봄이 필요한 초등학생을 대상으로 맞춤형 기초 학습지도, 전문 강사가 진행하는 예체능 프로그램, 현장체험활동 등 다양한 프로그램을 제공하며 돌봄의 질을 높이고 있다. 현재 여주시는 다함께돌봄센터 1호점, 2호점, 오학점, LH점, 교동점 등 5개 센터를 운영 중이다.
