(나주=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=한전KDN이 지난 11일부터 16일까지 스리랑카 콜롬보에서 개최된 ‘2024년 국제품질분임조경진대회(ICQCC)’에 2개 분임조가 출전해 4년 연속 금상 수상의 쾌거를 이루었다.
1979년 시작해 올해 49회를 맞는 국제품질분임조대회(ICQCC, International Convention on Quality Control Circles)는 세계 각국의 품질분임조가 참가해 국제 기업인의 품질혁신 우수사례를 경연하는 행사다.
올해는 한전KDN을 비롯한 14개 기관에서 27개 분임조가 한국 대표로 참가하고 13개국의 900여개(온/오프라인) 분임조의 1,900여명이 현장 참가해 품질경영 우수 성과를 발표했다.
한전KDN은 사무간접 분야 ‘전력설비 운영SW 예방점검 개선으로 처리시간 단축’ 주제와 자유형식 분야 ‘변전소 전력설비 예방점검 IT시스템 개선으로 점검시간 단축’ 주제로 2개 분임조가 참석하여 대회 최고 훈격인 금상을 수상했다.
사무간접 분야에 참여한 분임조 ‘스프라이트-Q’의 ‘전력설비 운영SW 예방점검 개선으로 처리시간 단축’은 SW 예방점검 프로세스 및 시스템 개선을 통해 점검 소요 시간을 약 184.8분/일 단축함으로써 업무 효율성 개선 성과를 인정받았다.
또한 자유형식에 참여한 분임조 ‘K-스마트’의 ‘변전소 전력설비 예방점검 IT시스템 개선으로 점검시간 단축’은 변전소 전력설비 예방점검 소요 시간을 1개소 당 35.6%에 해당하는 105분 감소시킨 성과 발표로 관심을 받기도 하였다.
