【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=단양 올누림도서관은 오는 17일까지 ‘북스타트 부모교육’ 참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
이번 강의는 부모 역할을 배우며 양육 지식 습득해 부모·자녀가 소통하는 건강한 가족관계를 형성하기 위해 마련됐다.
교육 내용은 행복의 정의 및 우리 가족 행복지수 점검(스마일 테라피, 심장 호흡법 지도), 나만의 희노애락을 바라보는 관점 체크, 자존감 및 회복탄력성 정의 및 진단, 자존감을 높이기 위한 맞춤형 일상 속 적용법 등이다.
강의는 고아라 큰웃음, GO스마일연구소 대표가 진행하며 미취학 아동 부모 20명을 대상으로 열릴 예정이다.
교육은 오는 23일과 30일 각일 오후 2시에 올누림센터 3층 문화강좌실에서 실시된다.

Danyang Olnurim Library, Bookstart Parent Education Cultural Lecture
Danyang Olnurim Library announced that it is recruiting participants for ‘Bookstart Parent Education’ until the 17th.
This lecture was designed to learn about parenting roles, acquire parenting knowledge, and form healthy family relationships where parents and children communicate.
The contents of the education include the definition of happiness and checking our family happiness index (smile therapy, cardiopulmonary instruction), checking my own perspective on joys and sorrows, defining and diagnosing self-esteem and resilience, and customized daily application methods to increase self-esteem.
The lecture will be conducted by Go Ara, CEO of Big Smile and GO Smile Research Institute, and will be open to 20 parents of preschool children.
The education will be held on the 23rd and 30th at 2 PM each day in the Culture Lecture Room on the 3rd floor of the Olnurim Center.
