【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=단양군은 귀농귀촌을 희망하는 도시민과 관내 초보 귀농귀촌인 29명을 대상으로 농촌체험 프로그램을 진행했다고 5일 밝혔다.
단양군귀농귀촌협의회 주관으로 열린 이번 프로그램은 단양군의 매력을 소개하고 영농 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.
이번 행사에서는 귀농귀촌 정책 특강, 영춘면 농촌 사과 재배 체험, 어상천면 농가에서 김장하기, 고수동굴 견학 등 다양한 프로그램을 진행했다.
프로그램에 참여한 한 부부는 “단양군의 매력을 느낄 수 있는 알찬 1박 2일이 됐다”며 “선배 귀농귀촌인과 직접 대화하며 소통할 수 있어 소중한 시간이었다”고 말했다.
한편, 단양군은 도시민이 농촌에서 직접 생활하며 단양에 대한 이해를 높이고 귀농·귀촌을 장려하기 위해 귀농인의 집 운영, 단양에서 살아보기, 농촌체험 프로그램 등 다채로운 유치 지원사업을 펼치고 있다.
