지난 26일 경산시 마위지근린공원(압량읍)에서는 경북도와 경산시 후원으로 김유신 문화사업회의 제1회 시니어 한복 패션쇼가 개최됐다.
‘시민이 주인이 되고, 문화가 꽃피는 경산’이라는 주제로 열린 행사에서는 경산시민 51명이 모델로 나선 한복패션쇼와 김유신 문화사업회 소개, 댄스동아리 공연, 마술쇼가 진행됐다.
유윤선 문화사업회 회장은 “김유신 문화사업회를 통해 경산시가 역사와 문화, 관광의 도시로 만들기 위한 지역의 대표적인 문화단체로 발전시켜 나가겠다”며 “내년부터는 압량읍에서 전해 내려오는 ‘부적지 마이지’ 설화를 바탕으로 말 100여 마리와 김유신장군의 군사훈련 재현행사를 개최하고 어린이들과 시민들이 김유신 유적을 통해 다양한 체험을 할 수 있도록 행사를 확대해 나갈 것”이라고 설명했다.

Yoo Yoon-sun, chairman of the Kim Yu-sin Cultural Foundation, explained, “Through the Kim Yu-sin Cultural Foundation, we will develop it into a representative cultural organization in the region that will help make Gyeongsan City a city of history, culture, and tourism.” He added, “Starting next year, we will hold a reenactment of General Kim Yu-sin’s military training with about 100 horses based on the ‘Bujeokji Maiji’ legend handed down in Apyang-eup, and expand the event so that children and citizens can have diverse experiences through the Kim Yu-sin relics.”
