조 바이든 미국 대통령과 스가 요시히로 일본 수상이 16일(현지 시간) 정상회담을 갖고 중국 문제 및 북핵 사안에 공동 대응키로 합의했다. 또 한미;일 대북 공조 필요성 역시 강조해 한국에 대해 우회적 동참 압박을 가하는 모양새다.
