*Politicians who always come up with new ideas

-Lee Heon-young novelist

Jang Hoon's most recent concern is how to legalize [one idea]? to be. If Jang Hoon [one idea] comes out as a pledge for the presidential election, politicians and media from the vested powers say that they are unconstitutional, and to rush like a swarm of bees is a frustrating thing, so make sure to prepare for it.

[One Idea] enacts a special law, not a basic law such as the Civil Law or the Commercial Law, but it should be made so as not to go against the contents of the Constitution. Article 23 of the Constitution says

1, The property rights of all citizens are guaranteed. The contents and limits are determined by law.

2, The exercise of property rights should be made suitable for public welfare.

3, Acceptance, use, or restriction of property rights due to public need, and compensation for such property shall be made by law, but fair compensation shall be paid. It says.

The [One Thought Special Act] should appropriately set the'limits' in Paragraph 1 so that it is not unconstitutional and be in the form of voluntary donation, make it suitable for the public welfare under Paragraph 2, and should not become an element of social unrest. In the acceptance and use of property rights when necessary, the [donation rights exchange] must be operated efficiently, so that fair compensation can be made, and not contrary to the constitution.

Although the approximate skeleton was made in my head, since Jang Hoon himself knows that law is not that simple, a lot of hard work is required, so meeting with legal experts is urgent, but in order to keep it secret, I had to study alone.

Even in discussions with the state administration, there were bound to be limitations as to legal issues. Jang Hoon's shoulders became heavier and he used to sleep.

The last meeting between Kwan-young and Jang-hoon was in early January, after Kwan-yeong met with Chairman Kim Chan-ju. Kwan-young could not tell Jang Hoon what had happened with Chairman Kim Chan-ju. 'Aren't you reading too many novels?'

“Did your trip to Japan go well?”

“Business with Japanese people is always difficult… It’s good, though.”

Gwanyeong tried to answer happily, but it was not easy. Jang-hoon felt that Kwan-young's expression was not the same as before, but he did not express it.

There is now a general election in eight months, and two years remain until the presidential election.

Until the presidential election, the two shared opinions on how to maintain current support.

First, the image of a politician who does not fight,

Second, the image of a politician who reflects first rather than claims,

Third, the image of a politician who always comes up with new ideas.

Fourth, the image of a politician with romance and philosophy.

Fifth, the image of a politician who always stands on the side of the weak but listens to the position of the strong,

Sixth, the image of a politician who is firmly confronted with things that incite poverty, and an image that always seeks to improve relations with North Korea, etc., was set as the basis and decided to take action.

Last check was done late at night.

Gwan-yeong said in a regretful voice.

“I'm sorry for the heavy load. Now, let's do our best in our own paths and create a unique model country that solved the world's first economic polarization. It is by no means impossible. Believe in yourself.”

"thank you. And I'm sorry. We will do our best with the belief that you are always by your side. Be careful with your health.”

In the midst of the quiet, Jeong-ga made a secret movement in the midst of the New Year.

On the one hand, many lawmakers were returning home to find the elders under the pretext of three times, checking the roots of each other, and on the one hand, visiting the garden in preparation for the upcoming general election. Politicians believe that the reputation of lawmakers who live by votes depends a lot on holidays.

The government managed to pull out a book on lottery democracy after a long time.

Maybe people thought they could be more surprised and interested in [one thought] than [one thought]. In particular, the sense of touch in the political world will be sharpened.

It is surprising that lottery democracy was already practiced in Athens before the fourth century BC. It seems that in the old days, big and small countries, kings with powerful power, wielded power based on that power, but the city-state of Athens used lottery democracy, and then the present democracy and the Olympics were born. Now, I thought it was really great. 'You must go once'

The phone sound rang. It's an unknown number. I hesitated for a while and received.

“Are you Clinic Kwan-young Jeong?” It is also an unfamiliar voice.

"Yes, that's right. Who are you?"

After a brief silence, a bright tone of voice was heard.

"Ah! Senator! Hello? This is the Blue House.... I am Kim Jong-cheol, the head of the presidential secretary.”

"Yes? Blue house?… Ah!… How are you, Secretary Kim? I was surprised.”

Gwanyeong was thinking that one day, this could happen, but it was a feeling of being struck because he didn't know it would come suddenly.

"Ah! Sorry. I called suddenly... Are you okay to answer the phone now?”

"Ah! Yes it is fine. I was reading a book by myself.”

Now, the government has returned to his senses and grasped the situation.

“The President is asking to see you.”

"Ah! The President, me?... It's an honor!... when?"

“Counselor, you told me to set it for a comfortable day. Let’s catch a day that is comfortable for you.

Kwanyoung knew from experience that it was a ritual.

“I can do it anytime, but the President is always busy. If the chief decides, tell me, I will do that.”

"haha! Senator! Then... How is your morning time? Would it be okay to see you as a breakfast rather than a day or dinner?”

This was unexpected, but soon a decision was made.

“Yes, I do. Ah! Come to think of it, I think the morning would be better... When should the date be?”

“How about Sunday? A quiet Sunday morning... ”

This is also surprising, but what about

"Yes! good. It would be nice to be quiet.”

"Ah! Yes? So how about seven o'clock this Sunday morning? At the end of the month, the president will be a little busy due to the schedule of his visit to the Middle East, and it would be nice before that. Or it's okay to postpone it altogether, and around mid-February.”

Gwan-yeong fell down again.

"no! no. I'll be there this Sunday at 7 o'clock.”

"Ah! Will it be? Gosh! Thank you for this. Then I will go to pick you up by 5:30 in the morning.”

"Child! I just go. The chief of staff to my house... just"

"Ah! no. I have to be with you when entering the Blue House... Are you ready”

“Ah, that’s right. Okay. I will prepare and wait.”

“Then I will see you that day. Goodbye."

"Yes! You do that. See you on that day. thank you."

The call ended with thanks.

On Saturday evening, the government set the alarm for 4 on Sunday and went to bed early.

"Honey! Where are you not feeling well?” Asked the wife.

“No, no, early tomorrow… I have to get up at four.”

“Your o'clock? It will be dark at four o'clock?”

“Someone is going to pick it up at 5:30.”

“Who are you?”

My wife's reflexive question makes me annoyed.

"Ah! There is just such a person.”

The wife hesitates for a while and gives up.

"I see. good night!"

Gwan-yeong was lying down, but he couldn't sleep and remembered a conversation with his wife.

I thought,'Do you really need to keep it secret from your wife?' Once I thought about it, a joke was triggered. I kicked the blanket and got up and went out to the living room.

On TV, the performers were joking and shaking, as if they were going to die for fun, but the spectator's wife was watching without expression. Gwan-yeong deliberately sat down next to his wife.

“I have to get up at four. Why did you come out not sleeping?”

Gwanyeong did not answer and turned the TV off with the remote control.

The wife asked in her eyes, embarrassed by her husband's unexpected behavior. Gwan-yeong stood up holding his wife's hand and said.

“Honey, let’s go back to the room… I have an interesting secret story”

“Can’t I go here? What secret?”

Even so, the wife was gently dragged by her husband and followed.

Upon entering the room, Gwan-yeong immediately lie down in bed and returned to her previous appearance, and her wife was asked to sit at the end of the bed. Now, my wife, too, has a very nervous expression with curiosity.

“Oh, I said, tomorrow someone will pick me up, and you said'Who are you?' Try that again”

“Who are you?” The wife said without delay

“The president of the presidential secretary office!... The president of the presidential secretary is coming to pick me up,

That’s why, he’s taking me to the Blue House. Who will you meet at the Blue House? He's the president, and President Min Joon-sik said he wanted to meet me, and he's been in touch. This is a secret story, right? Right?”

“Why is the President?… What's going on?”

My wife seems to have a sense of it yet.

“Because I don't know that, you think about it, why? Will the President want to meet me?”

“Are you really meeting the president? In the morning? Is tomorrow Sunday?”

"Huh! I got a call a few days ago”

The wife looked worried.

“You, really, are you saying to be president? President like that, can’t we?”

Gwanyeong gradually thought that playing with words was fun.

"Why? Can't I be president? I don’t think I’m going to be president, because I think?”

“No, you may be president, you may be good at it, but I will not be presidential wife. Whew! I really can't!”

“What is the President's wife to do? It just needs to be next to you.”

"why? Even the first ladies
