대기업 오너일가, 주식담보대출 5조원 돌파..이자만 2000억↑

대출규모 홍라희·증가액 이부진 각각 1위..금리인상에 이자비용 약 54% 증가

브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대기업 집단 34곳의 총수 일가 주식담보대출 총액이 올 1월말 기준 5조400억원에 육박하며 5조원을 넘어섰다. 1년여 전인 2021년말보다 480억원 가량 늘어난 수치다.

 

규모로는 삼성 일가인 홍라희 전 리움미술관장이 8500억원으로 가장 많았고, 증가액은 이부진 호텔신라 사장이 1년새 2200억원 이상 늘면서 가장 컸다. 

 

1년새 금리가 치솟으면서 이들 총수 일가 담보대출 이자율(단순 평균) 역시 2021년 말 2.7%에서 올 1월 4.1%로 1.4%p 올랐다. 총수 일가 이자 부담이 50% 이상 늘었다는 의미다.

 

1일 CEO스코어에 따르면 공정거래위원회가 지정한 총수가 있는 대기업 집단 66곳 중 총수일가의 주식담보대출이 있는 34개 기업집단을 대상으로 조사한 결과, 지난달 27일 현재까지 총 130명의 그룹 총수 가족들이 상장 계열사 보유 주식을 담보로 총 5조387억원을 대출 받았다. 이는 2021년 말 4조9909억원보다 479억원(1.0%) 늘어난 수치다. 

 

2021년말 현재 대출을 받은 그룹 총수 가족 수는 138명이었으며, 지난 1년간 대출 거래에 참여한 총수 일가 인원은 총 151명이었다. 거래 내역에는 친인척 등 특수관계인 채무에 대한 담보제공도 포함됐다.

 

홍라희 전 관장 등 삼성전자 총수인 이재용 회장의 가족 3명이 올 1월 현재 대출 규모 상위 5위 안에 나란히 랭크됐다. 홍 전 관장이 대출잔액 8500억원으로 1위, 이부진 호텔신라 사장이  대출액 6500억원으로 2위를 기록했다. 이서현 삼성복지재단 이사장은 대출액 3711억원으로 네 번째로 많았다. 이재용 회장이 상장계열사 보유 주식을 담보로 받은 대출은 없었다. 

 

3위는 4065억원을 대출받은 최태원 SK 회장이, 5위는 대출액 3215억원을 기록한 정몽준 아산재단 이사장이었다. 

 

홍 전 관장의 대출액은 2021년 말보다 1500억원(15.0%)이 줄어, 감소폭이 조사대상 총수 가족 151명 가운데 가장 컸다. 하지만 대출잔액이 워낙 커 1위를 유지했다.

 

이어 대출 규모 상위는 조현범 한국앤컴퍼니 회장(2500억원), 신동빈 롯데 회장(2132억원), 구광모 LG그룹 회장(1880억원), 김승연 한화 회장(1220억원), 서경배 아모레퍼시픽 회장(983억원) 순이었다. 

같은 기간 대출액 증가폭은 이부진 사장이 2200억원으로 조사 대상 151명 가운데 가장 컸다. 2위로는 구광모 회장(1500억원), 3위 정유경 신세계 총괄사장(400억원)이 높은 증가폭을 보였다. 

 

다음으로 김동관 한화솔루션 부회장(350억원, 신규차입), 조현범 회장(250억원), 최태원 회장(200억원), 권혁운 아이에스동서 회장(200억원), 이웅열 코오롱 명예회장(100억원), 이선호 CJ제일제당 경영리더(100억원, 신규차입)이 상위권에 이름을 올렸다.

 

증가율 기준으로는 394.7%로 약 4배 이상 늘어난 구광모 회장이 가장 컸다. 권혁운 회장과 정유경 총괄사장이 각각 100% 늘어 뒤를 이었으며, 이부진 사장(51.2%), 이우현 OCI 부회장(38.4%), 이웅열 회장(17.5%), 조현범 회장(11.1%), 최태원 회장(5.2%) 순이었다.

반면, 구연경 LG복지재단 대표이사, 최재원 SK 수석부회장, 정몽원 HL그룹 회장이 나란히 100%씩 줄어들며 감소폭이 가장 컸다. 이어 최기원 SK행복나눔재단 이사장(-82.5%), 정몽익 KCC글라스 회장(-49.0%)이 상위 순위를 이어갔다.

 

삼성, LG 총수 일가의 대출 증가는 자산승계 과정에서 상속세 재원을 마련이 주 요인으로 꼽힌다. 

 

한편, 지난달 27일 현재 기준 공시된 대출액을 기준으로 지난 1년간의 이자 부담을 추산할 경우, 이들 총수 가족들의 이자 부담은 2021년 말 1455억원에서 올 1월 2246억원으로 약 791억원(54.3%) 늘었다.

 

올 1월말 현재로 삼성 일가의 홍 전 관장의 이자 부담액이 402억원으로 추산돼 가장 많았다. 이어 삼성 일가의 이부진 사장(324억원), 최태원 회장(187억원), 이서현 이사장(162억원), 조현범 회장(142억원) 순으로 이자 부담액이 컸다.

 

지난 1년새 대출액 증가율이 가장 컸던 구광모 회장은 이자 부담도 약 97억원(929.8%) 추가된 것으로 추산돼, 이자 부담증가율도 가장 컸다. 2200억원 증가한 이부진 사장 이자부담 역시 약 205억원(171.4%) 늘어난 것으로 추산됐다.
