중소기업 26%, 올 설 자금사정 곤란..코로나19 영향 가장 커

중소기업중앙회가 지난 6일부터 12일까지 800개 중소기업을 대상으로 실시한 ‘2022년 중소기업 설 자금 수요조사’ 결과를 18일 발표했다.

 

조사 결과, 자금사정이 ‘곤란하다’ 응답이 26.0%로 ‘원활하다’는 응답 20.4%에 비해 다소 높았지만, 2021년 설 자금 수요조사(‘곤란하다’ 38.5%)에 비해서는 자금사정이 나아진 것으로 분석됐다.

 

규모별로는 매출액과 종사자수가 적을수록 자금사정 ‘곤란하다’ 응답 비율이 상대적으로 높았다. 특히, 매출액 10억원 미만(48.7%)과 종사자수 10명 미만(38.1%) 기업이 타 규모에 비해 ‘곤란하다’ 응답이 눈에 띄게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 수출기업(14.7%)보다 내수기업(27.9%)에서 자금사정이 더 곤란하다고 응답했다.

 

자금사정 곤란원인으로는 △판매·매출부진(68.3%) △원·부자재 가격 상승(56.3%) △인건비 상승(31.3%) △판매대금 회수 지연(10.6%) 순으로 응답했다.

 

자금사정 곤란과 관련해 ‘코로나19가 영향을 미쳤다’는 응답이 85.6%에 달했다.

 

아울러 중소기업은 올해 설에 평균 2억7150만원의 자금이 필요한 것으로 응답했다. 이는 지난해 설 평균 2억1490만원 대비 약 5660만원 증가한 금액이다.

 

필요한 설 자금 중 부족한 자금 확보계획에 대해서는 △납품대금 조기회수(50.3%) △금융기관 차입(30.2%) △결제연기(21.1%) 등을 계획하고 있다고 응답했으나, ‘대책없음’ 응답이 21.1%로 지난해 설(10.4%) 대비 2배 이상 증가했다.

 

올해 설 상여금(현금) ‘지급예정’이라고 응답한 중소기업은 37.6%에 불과하며, ‘아직 미정’인 업체가 20.0%에 달했다.

 

정액 지급시 1인당 평균 44만7000원으로 지난해 설( 48만2000원 대비 3만5000원 감소한 것으로 나타났으며, 정률 지급시 기본급의 60.4%를 지급할 것이라고 응답했다.

 

설 휴무계획에 대해서는 95.0%의 업체가 5일(설 연휴 전체)을 휴무할 것이라고 응답했다.

 

추문갑 중기중앙회 경제정책본부장은 “지난해 수출 증가 등에 따라 비교적 규모가 큰 기업들의 자금사정이 호전된 반면에, 소기업들은 오미크론 발발로 인해 코로나19가 장기화돼 자금조달의 어려움이 지속되고 있는 것으로 보인다”며 “소규모일수록, 내수기업일수록 자금사정이 곤란한 상황이므로 중소기업과 소상공인의 설 자금이 원활히 확보될 수 있도록 정책기관 및 금융권의 각별한 관심과 지원이 필요하다”고 전했다.
