브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 그룹 빅뱅 전 멤버 승리(본명 이승현)가 배우 박한별의 남편이자 전 유리홀딩스 대표인 유인석과 특수폭행교사 혐의로 추가 기소됐다.
14일 오전 경기도 용인시 지상작전사령부 보통군사법원에서는 승리의 군사 재판 7차 공판이 열린 가운데, 승리가 유인석과 함께 특수폭행교사 혐의 추가 기소된 사실이 공개됐다.
재판부는 이날 군사 재판 7차 공판에서 승리의 특수폭행교사 혐의를 이번 사건에 병합하겠다고 공지했다.
군검찰에 따르면, 승리는 지난 2015년 12월 30일 서울 강남의 한 포장마차에서 지인들과 술을 마시던 중 장소를 착각해 들어간 손님 A씨와 시비가 붙으며 다툼이 벌어졌다.
이후 승리는 유인석 등이 포함된 단체 채팅방에 이 사실을 알렸고, 유인석은 평소 알고 지내던 모 폭력단체 조직원 B씨를 불렀다. B씨는 A씨와 그 일행을 주점 뒷골목으로 데려가 욕설을 하고 휴대폰을 빼앗고 팔을 잡아당기는 등 위협 행위를 한 것으로 전해졌다.
이에 대해 승리 측 변호인은 “공소사실을 부인한다”고 밝혔다.
승리는 특정경제범죄 가중처벌 등에 관한 법률 위반(횡령), 식품위생법 위반, 업무상 횡령, 성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 위반(카메라 등 이용촬영), 성매매 알선 등 행위의 처벌에 관한 법률 위반(성매매 알선), 외국환거래법 위반, 성매매 알선 등 행위의 처벌에 관한 법률 위반(성매매), 상습도박 여기에 특수폭행교사까지 추가되며 총 9개의 혐의를 받는다. 앞서 승리는 이중 외국환거래법 위반에 대해서만 혐의를 인정한 바 있다.
한편, 승리는 지난 2019년 일명 ‘버닝썬 게이트’의 중심으로 지목돼 불구속 기소됐다. 이후 지난해 3월 육군 현역으로 입대해 군사법원에서 재판을 받고 있다.
유인석은 지난해 12월 클럽 버닝썬 사태, 성매매 알선 등의 혐의로 1심에서 징역 1년 8월에 집행유예 3년을 선고받았다. 하지만 이에 불복하며 지난 2일 법률대리인을 통해 서울중앙지법에 항소장을 제출했다.
