Jeong Se-hyun, senior vice president of the Democratic Peace and Unification Advisory Council (Democratic Pyeongtong), said on the 28th that the inter-Korean clarifications were different over whether the body of a fishery instructor belonging to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries was burned by the North Korean military.
Senior Vice President Chung said in KBS Radio's'Kim Kyung-rae's Strongest Preview' that he said, "You (North Korea) did not carry people. If you say that you did not carry that person, the image of North Korea is deteriorating internationally, and Chairman Kim Jong-un has a very bad image. "Because of the reversal, I probably made a reduced report because I was concerned about the ripple effect."
He said, "The Ministry of Defense said that it was difficult to disclose strategic assets, but in fact, making and receiving calls in the north is not a story of exchange, but everyone has an asset that can be heard. As a result of checking with it,'A strange person is one I entered the sea area, but at first I talked as if I was going to escape to North Korea, but when I asked a little later, I was agitated. How should I do this?"
Next, referring to the incident of North Korean defectors from Kaesong in July, he said, "In order not to take such a train this time, as the commander of the front line, I would have made an urgent report and it would not have gone up to Pyongyang." "The Navy side shoots according to the guidelines already given in August. He added and, so to speak, even cremated, that's what the Ministry of Defense figured out."
In August, North Korea issued guidelines for killing people and animals approaching the border area in order to quarantine Corona 19.
Chief Vice President Chung also responded to some criticism that the Korean military's response was late, saying, "Is it necessary to have a meeting to decide whether the Ministry of Defense should check the intelligence and make an escalation report, or whether it should be done at the line of the commander. "We have no choice but to be late," he drew a line saying, "It's not to hide the facts."
He dismissed, "It's just too late to think about the impact this will have on inter-Korean relations," he dismissed, saying, "Why couldn't you bring me a phone call, but that's a story I don't know about the world."
When President Moon Jae-in requested an inter-Korean joint investigation the day before, Chief Vice President Chung said, "As the president, it is a matter of course to propose, but to conduct a joint investigation, it must be preserved." "But the body has already been burned and the float has been burned. Skeptically evaluated.
He continued, "To conduct a joint investigation, our navy must enter the North Korean waters," he said. "But North Korea hates entering their seas, and now,'Because people have not been burned, they will be drifting away. If they find it, they are studying how to return it. 'It will be difficult for a joint investigation because they are screaming.
