브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 그룹 하츠투하츠(Hearts2Hearts) 멤버 스텔라가 생일을 맞아 환아 치료비 3천만원을 기부, 뜻깊은 나눔을 실천했다.
18일 소속사 SM엔터테인먼트에 따르면, 스텔라는 자신의 생일인 오늘(18일) 삼성서울병원에 3천만원을 기부했다. 해당 기부금은 경제적 어려움을 겪는 환아들의 치료 지원비로 사용될 예정이다.
선한 영향력을 보여준 스텔라는 “팬분들께 받은 사랑을 의미 있게 나누고 싶었다. 힘든 시간을 보내고 있는 아이들에게 작은 힘이 되길 바란다. 팬분들이 준 따뜻한 응원의 마음을 더 많은 분들께 전할 수 있도록 앞으로 꾸준히 기부 활동을 이어가고 싶다”고 밝혔다.
스텔라가 속한 하츠투하츠는 지난 2월 데뷔 1주년을 기념하며 국내 취약계층 여성청소년들을 위해 국제개발협력NGO 지파운데이션에 ‘S2U’(하츄 / 공식 팬클럽명) 이름으로 5천만원을 기부한 바 있다.
한편, 하츠투하츠(Hearts2Hearts / 카르멘, 지우, 유하, 스텔라, 주은, 에이나, 이안, 예온)는 오는 22일 미니 2집 ‘Lemon Tang’(레몬탱)을 발매하며 컴백한다.
