브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 진에어, 에어부산, 에어서울이 ‘세계 환경의 날(6월 5일)’을 맞아 기내 공동 이벤트를 진행한다.
LCC 3사는 5일 당일 국내선 전 노선에서 ‘하늘에서 전하는 지구를 향한 따뜻한 마음’을 주제로 특별 기내 방송을 실시한다. 승객들에게 환경의 날이 지닌 의미를 전달하고, 일상 속에서 실천할 수 있는 환경 보호 메시지를 공유할 예정이다.
아울러 김포공항과 김해공항에서 출발하는 일부 국내선 항공편(총 8편) 탑승객에게는 3사가 공동 제작한 ‘씨드스틱’을 증정한다.
각 항공사의 캐릭터가 나란히 그려진 씨드스틱은 봉선화와 바질 2종의 씨앗으로 구성됐다. 씨드스틱은 랜덤으로 제공된다.
진에어 관계자는 “지구를 위한 우리의 작은 실천들이 모여 큰 변화를 만들길 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 항공사가 앞장설 수 있는 녹색경영을 지속하며 환경 보호의 소중한 가치를 공유해 나가겠다”고 전했다.
