전북 전주 덕진공원 내 연화정도서관이 연꽃 개화 시기에 맞춰 오는 8월 28일까지 하계 기간 평일 운영시간을 종전 오후 7시에서 2시간 연장된 오후 9시까지 확대 운영된다.
