【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=옥천군이 군민의 건강 증진과 생활 속 실천형 평생학습 활성화를 위해 ‘2026년 세대공감 군민 아카데미 건강누리 배움학교’를 운영한다.
‘건강누리 배움학교’는 신체활동, 식생활 개선, 심신 안정 등 건강과 관련된 다양한 요소를 통합적으로 다루는 프로그램이다. 군민들이 일상 속에서 건강한 생활 습관을 스스로 실천할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 마련됐다.
이번 프로그램은 총 5개 테마로 구성되어 군민 맞춤형 교육을 제공한다. 주요 교육 내용은 노르딕워킹과 아동 대상 음악줄넘기(테마1), 건강 음식 만들기 실습(테마2), 근골격계 질환 예방을 위한 폼롤러 밸런스 실습(테마3), 아로마테라피·셀프 통증케어·싱잉볼 명상(테마4), 터링스포츠(테마5) 등 다채롭게 짜였다.
