【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주시가 지역 청년들에게 실질적인 공공기관 행정 체험 기회를 제공하기 위해 나섰다. 시는 청년들의 사회참여를 유도하고 취업 역량을 강화하기 위한 ‘2026년 하계 청년 행정인턴’ 참여자 74명을 모집한다고 밝혔다.
이번 행정인턴 사업은 기존에 운영되던 ‘학생 근로 활동’을 전면 개편해 효율성을 높인 것이 특징이다. 지원 대상을 기존 대학생 중심에서 19세 이상 34세 이하의 미취업 청년 전체로 넓혔으며, 근무 방식 역시 기존 하루 4시간에서 8시간 전일제로 변경했다. 이를 통해 참가 청년들이 깊이 있는 직무 경험을 쌓고 구직 기간의 경제적 부담도 함께 덜 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
