【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=옥천군이 지역 농산물 소비를 촉진하고 건강한 식생활 문화를 확산하기 위해 오는 6월 19일 ‘로컬푸드 식농교육 요리교실’을 열고 참가자를 모집한다.
이번 교육은 지역 주민과 옥천로컬푸드직매장 이용 회원을 대상으로 진행된다. 교육 프로그램은 로컬푸드를 주재료로 활용한 닭가슴살 타코와 감자수프 만들기 실습으로 구성됐다. 참가자들은 옥천 지역 농산물의 우수성을 직접 체험하고, 요리 실습을 통해 일상에서 실천할 수 있는 건강한 식생활 방법을 배우는 시간을 갖게 된다.

옥천군 관계자는 “지역 농산물을 활용한 다양한 식농교육 프로그램을 통해 소비자와 생산자가 함께 상생하는 건강한 로컬푸드 문화를 조성해 나가겠다”라며 “앞으로도 지역 농산물 소비 확대와 군민의 건강한 식문화 정착을 위해 유익한 교육 프로그램을 지속적으로 운영하겠다”고 밝혔다.
