이번 사업은 참가자가 보은군 내에 일정 기간 머무르면서 주요 관광명소와 다채로운 체험 콘텐츠를 직접 경험하는 프로그램이다. 참가자들은 여행 과정에서 느낀 보은의 매력과 생생한 후기를 사회관계망서비스(SNS) 등 개인 매체에 공유해 보은의 관광 자원을 알리는 홍보대사 역할을 하게 된다.
신청 자격은 충청북도 외의 타 시·도 지역에 거주하는 만 19세 이상의 성인이다. 최종 선정된 참가자는 결과 발표 직후부터 오는 7월 31일 사이의 기간 중 최소 2박 3일에서 최대 6박 7일까지 일정을 선택해 보은 전역을 자유롭게 여행할 수 있다.
