브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 한국앤컴퍼니그룹 신입사원들이 대전 지역에서 봉사활동을 펼치며 지역사회와의 상생 가치를 실천했다.
한국앤컴퍼니그룹은 ‘2026 신입 프로액티브 리더(Proactive Leader)’ 83명이 지난 21일 대전광역시 유성구에 위치한 대전보훈요양원을 방문해 환경 개선 및 벽화 그리기 봉사활동을 진행했다고 밝혔다.
이번 봉사활동은 지난해 하반기 공채를 통해 선발된 2026년 신입사원들을 대상으로 지난 5일부터 약 3주간 진행 중인 입문 교육 과정의 일환으로 마련됐다. 신입사원들은 요양원 내외부 환경 정화 활동과 함께 어르신들의 정서적 안정을 돕기 위한 실내 벽화 그리기 봉사에 참여하며 지역사회에 따뜻한 온기를 전했다.
한국앤컴퍼니그룹은 조현범 회장의 ESG 경영 철학에 따라 지역사회와의 상생과 지속 가능한 발전을 목표로 다양한 사회공헌 활동을 전개하고 있다. 특히 사회에 첫발을 내딛는 신입사원들에게도 매년 나눔과 상생의 가치를 직접 체험할 수 있는 프로그램을 운영하고 있다.

신입 프로액티브 리더들은 입문 교육 기간 동안 그룹 고유의 기업문화인 ‘프로액티브 컬처(Proactive Culture)’를 바탕으로 미래 모빌리티 시대에 부합하는 디지털 하이테크 경쟁력을 키우는 교육도 함께 받고 있다.
